How do I send follow-up questions to my expert?

Simply type your follow-up question right into the chat window and click “Send”. Your expert will stay in the chat and keep helping until your issue is completely sorted out.

How can I change my question or reply?

Right now, you can't edit your messages on Ask Center. But if you want to fix or add anything, just type a new message in the chat and click “Send.” Your expert will read it and keep helping you.

How do I attach files to my messages?

To upload a file:

  • Tap the paperclip icon in the chat.
  • Choose the file you’d like to add, then hit confirm.

Once it’s uploaded, your photo or document will show up right beneath the message box.

What kinds of attachments can I add to my messages?

What if I accidentally rated my expert positively but I’m unhappy with the answer?

No worries. You can change your expert’s rating anytime by picking a new score from 1 to 5 stars. And if you still need more help, you’re welcome to email us at support@askcenter.com to ask for a different expert.

I can't log in to my Ask Center account. What should I do?

We’re sorry you’re having trouble logging in. Here are some things to try:

  1. Double-check your email and password. Make sure you’re using the same details you signed up with, watch out for typos, and see if Caps Lock is on
  2. Forgot your password? Go to the Password Reset Page. Enter your email or phone number and click “Continue”.
    1. If you used email: Look in your Inbox (or Spam folder) for an email from Ask Center. Open it and click the link to set a new password.
    2. If you used your phone: You’ll get a text with a link. Tap it to create a new password.
  3. Turn on all cookies in your browser and add Ask Center as a trusted site.
